Emplacement avec vue sur la mer, parking privé sécurisé, situation avec accès rapide au centre de quiberon, résidence calme et propre.

Le seul point positif la vue depuis le balcon et le parking,mais les places sont trop petite pas assez large

L’emplacement de l’appartement le top du top

L’odeur quand nous avons ouvert la porte(odeur de renfermé)le ménage n’as jamais était fait pour notre arrivée,four insalubre,petite culotte dans un tiroir de la salle de bain,moisissures dans la cabine de douche,entrée d’air dans la chambre en haut à droite de la fenêtre etc etc !! Est ce normal que l’agence ne soit pas venu faire l’état des lieux avec nous,pourtant je lui avais demandé,il m’a dit c’est pas la peine,qu’on devait lui faire confiance!! Photos à l’appui !!

Emplacement parfait , parkings voiture privé parfait vue magnifique

On fait un bon dans le temps point de vue mobilier, un peu trop de règle,. l'équipement est d'un autre siècle fer a repasser , mini sèche cheveux, état de la douche , tapis au sol (Boujou le sable ) .....pas moderne .... dommage sinon parfait

L’emplacement de l’appartement le top du top

L’odeur quand nous avons ouvert la porte(odeur de renfermé)le ménage n’as jamais était fait pour notre arrivée,four insalubre,petite culotte dans un tiroir de la salle de bain,moisissures dans la cabine de douche,entrée d’air dans la chambre en haut à droite de la fenêtre etc etc !!
