Great food, breathtaker enviroment. Amazing, peaceful. The staff is so helpful and brilliant!! I loved it, absolutly offered! Defenetly I will go back, but for a longer time. Thank you for everything!!

Peaceful location in a remote area, and the room was very clean. They stored our luggage after we checked out, which we appreciated.
The main issue we experienced was repeated attempts to overcharge us.
The hotel is in a remote location up on a hill, so we needed a scooter. They offered to arrange one but charged roughly double the price compared to rental places down the hill. While that was still acceptable, the scooter arrived without a helmet. When we asked for helmets, we were asked to pay an additional fee equal to the scooter rental price, even though helmets are normally included and required by law in Indonesia.
In the end, the cost of “renting” helmets was higher than simply buying them, so we purchased helmets elsewhere.
Overall, it felt like there was no clear pricing structure, and any extra request came with disproportionate charges.
