Breakfast was excellent! Staff was helpful and friendly, facilities complete.
It would have been nice to have two keys, since the key is required to run the AC. When one leaves with the key, the other person in the room loses AC.

Love the breakfast! Love the staff! I love the flexibility of the establishment, the accessible location, the friendly and accomodating staff and the ease of check in and check out. Very straightforward, solid customer service.
Pool was a little bit under maintained. And Wi-Fi cuts off sometimes.

The breakfast was quite nice, it was small but there are some good options. I remember the coffee was really good. The staff mentioned it was a local brand which I appreciated. The rooms had coffee machines as well. The location was ok, everything was within walking range and not too close to the busy areas. Breakfast staff were also great.
The floor numbers and elevator levels do not match, that was strange. I’m not sensitive to noise but I can hear the traffic sounds from my room on the 5th floor, or 4th, the elevator confused us all. The wi-fi was not the best. The TV had some channels but then it just freezes. I work in hotel management and understand it’s not a luxury hotel, my feedback isn’t to target that the hotel isn’t fancy enough. I picked this hotel as it was just to go around Dumaguete for the day before we go back to Manila after a trip to Siquijor. But basic things have to work and being a city hotel, soundproofing could benefit the place.
