Location, cleanliness, TV, comfort.
No cafetiere
A extra set of keys would have been helpful
An HDMI extension lead to plug my firestick into. Accessing the HDMI socket on the TV proved very awkward.
Being 75, I would have like the help of a hand rail to get in and out of the bath.

The kitchen was modern and user friendly. The lounge area was comfortable and flowed nicely onto the patio area.
The bathroom was very nice with modern units and the shower was really nice. The separate toilet was also good as it didn't tie up both rooms at the same time.
Two full flights of stairs was a surprise and could deter others, maybe this should have been better highlighted in the property details.
The two-way lighting for the bottom flight of stairs did not function and therefore had to go back down the stairs to turn the lights off.
The key lock box was not at a convenient height and difficult to access in the dark.

Amazing location with views over the sea. Right on the end of the promenade. If you love Rock pooling and walks on a quiet beach but a few bars and cafes nearby then its perfect.
Views from main bedroom and the garden were beautiful.
Location is well placed for trips out. We visited Tynemouth market, Beamish and Whitley Bay.
We would definitely stay again.
