This is a large beautiful and well-appointed duplex home. Management was awesome and very responsive. The home looks exactly like the photos. Unit 1 (where we stayed) is the entire ground floor. And there is another Unit (i.e., Unit 2) on the upper level. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Many many plush towels. The keyless entry very convenient. A large parking space in the rear of the property made coming and going easy. The home is convenient to some of the greatest Atlanta attractions including the Georgia Acquarium and the World of Coke and its right down the street from the biggest/best park in Atlanta. We enjoyed walking to the Flying Biscuit (about a 10 minute walk) for breakfast. The kitchen had plenty of utensils although we did not cook. The home has coffee beans and a grinder which was very nice to wake up to in the morning.
This is an older home so while the bathrooms are cute and clean, they are also small. In the second/hall bath, our daughter noted there is no place to put her stuff down. The master bathroom was larger and we did have room to put our toiletries down but, it is still a little tight. The bathroom sinks are also quite small and "splashy". The driveway leading to the rear of the property is a little narrow and I noticed the neighbors bush slightly hitting my car but, only slightly. Management should make sure this stays trimmed. There's only one place for a car (for each unit) so if youre bringing two cars this place may not won't work for you. We came back home one day and since we were leaving again a little later, we parked out front on the street not noticing the parking permit sign and got a $75 ticket from the City of Atlanta. I continue to give the home 9 (Excellent) stars but, renters should be aware of some modest inconveniences.
