לא להתקרב למקום, חוויה נוראית. הגענו למקום באמצע היום, 42 מעלות ספוגים זיעה- המלון היה שומם ללא נפש חיה באמצע שום מקום. קבלה נעולה ואין מי לדבר, אין סוף ניסיונות חיוג למספר פלאפון המצורף ללא מענה. כל החדרים היו נעולים למעט חדר אחד עם מפתח בדלת- שחשבנו שאולי ככה השאירו לנו את החדר שנוכל להיכנס. נכנסו לחמש דק למזגן- יש לציין שלא נגענו בכלום! הגיע בעלי המקום- איש צרפתי חם מזג, שכעס וצעק שהגענו חצי שעה לפני הזמן המיועד לצ'ק אין! (סליחה שהטיסה הגיעה בשעה הזאת!) כשאמרתי שאין אף אחד בסביבה שיכל לעזור הוא התעצבן שאני מתלונן ודרש לבטל את ההזמנה בטענה שאיננו רצויים אצלו! הבטיח שיאשר ביטול ללא תשלום העיקר שנסתלק. כמובן שאין צורך לציין שהבן אדם לקח את מלוא התשלום לאחר שעזבנו את המלון והתלונן שנכנסנו לחדר ללא אישור בתום לב. תחסכו לעצמכם את ההגעה למקום הנוראי הזה ותתרחקו מכאן כמו מאש. לגבי המקום עצמו- בריכה ממש לא פרטית אלא אחת לכל המתחם- מרגיש כמו חניה אחורית של בית, פשוט גועל נפש ולא שווה כלום. בתמונה- אנחנו מחכים ברחוב ב42 מעלות לאחר שגורשנו מהמקום.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Hendrik and Waran were very welcoming and helpful, also organising a motorbike for us very last minute. It is such a lovely, clean set up in a great location. There’s a beautiful beach at the end of the road. The bungalows are spotless and they have thought about every little detail. The pool is a nice bonus too after a hot day!

Super lieve eigenaar, zeer behulpzaam. Fijne bungalow, een lekker groot en zacht bed.

Les gérants sont à l’écoute, dévoués et veulent satisfaire au maximum leurs clients. Hendrik le gérant qui parle Français est venu nous mettre des chaînes de TV en français.Nous avons pu louer une motobike chez eux en nous montrant le fonctionnement.. Ils nous ont menés avec leur propre véhicule dans des coins montagneux qu’ils connaissent pour nous faire découvrir l’intérieur de l’île. Waran l’hôtesse nous a préparé des petits plats à déguster sans qu’on ait besoin de se déplacer. Une piscine est sur place. Les bungalows sont très bien équipés avec kitchenette. Tout le confort est là. Nous recommandons cet établissement et merci à Waran et Hendrik.

We had an amazing stay ! One of the best we've had on our travels so far. Heinrik and Waran are such friendly people who accommodated our every need and made us feel comfortable and welcome on the island. They clearly love what they do and it shows in their passion for their work. This is a great place to stay because you have the autonomy of your own apartment but also the help from the amazing staff. We had every one of our needs met - we couldn't ask for more. It's also in a great location which is quiet and perfect for couples. The bungalow definitely made our stay on Koh Samui so much better.

The beach is a 15min walk away along a road with no pavement. It is doable, but it can be uncomfortable when tired and covered in sand! That being said, the beach is definitely one of the best on the island - very empty, clear water with white sand and you get to see the sunset, so the walk back and forth is definitely worth it.

The location, the hosts and house. Everything was in order and could be asked (even if sometimes too much) They organised a dinner for the guests on NY which was also very attentive.

Le couple qui dirige l'établissement est super gentil et serviable !! Ils louent des scoots, vous conseillent et aident pour les excursions, activités. (Parlent Français, Anglais et Thai) Les logements sont très propres, bien équipés, spacieux, Wifi très bien, TV connectée, cuisine équipée, génial ! Situé à 15 mins à pied de Lipa Noi Beach, proche d'un 7Eleven
