Overally for basics there is good security

A very great location good security friendly staff

Other people were smoking bad in the corridor No washing machine within the apartment you have to buy a coupon to access the washer and dryer dow stairs Not enough bedding and towels If electricity runs out you will be told to buy on your own No air conditioner and it can get freezing cold then you cant switch on a heater because then you will run out of electricity

It was not how i expected to be du to the quality of the place and i was very disappointed

The location was simple and easy to find

The tap was broken though working, there was so bathing soaps or showering Gel just towels and a hair dryer. The room was also freezing cold. The heater was there but it doesn’t connect with any of the plugs that are there and there was no extension to put it too. We tried contacting the number provided but they ignored us until the following day. Actually they closed their internet/data after reading our message on WhatsApp. How rude that was and they even charge an extra 350 for cleaning who does that but when i was doing the payment it was R700 and something but it the end notice that there is another 350 for cleaning added.

Inside the place is dirt and have a bad smell and I have to wait for 5 hours before the host sends check in details

The accommodation is what it looks like on the pictures. I love how big it is.
