This vacation was supposed to be stress relief before my husbands knee surgery. Not

The creek.

Driveway is dangerous. I met a car going up the driveway second day. Had to back down. Recliners are worn out, uncomfortable and really hard to get up from. It never cooled down in the loft area even with 2 extra fans, no sleep for me. Husband was freezing in the bedroom with air. He tried the bed in loft, mattress needs to be replaced…sunk in the middle. The hot tub was very dirty. Yellow ring around the top. I was not able to get in it, stunk really bad. I am allergic to dogs, that is why I rent cabins that are not dog friendly. We went out to sit by the fire and neighbors dogs came over. I had to tell him I was allergic to get him to call his dog. Another dog black one this time came over, I gave up and went back inside. Didn’t get to enjoy fire at all.
