We stayed at Lanta Coral Beach Resort for two nights during the low season, and honestly, what impressed us the most was the hospitality.
The staff wasl incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. They even offered us food and helped us with laundry, always with a smile and without ever making us feel like we were asking for too much.
What really stood out to me was how kind and generous they were even after we had already left. We had a small problem with some of our belongings, and they went completely out of their way to help us sort everything out. I tried several times to find a way to thank them and cover the costs, but they simply refused. That genuinely touched me.
The location is also fantastic. You have direct access to the beach and the sea, and the resort is in a really convenient and strategic spot for exploring the whole island. It’s easy to find and makes a great base if you want to discover different parts of Koh Lanta.
The place is nice, but what makes Lanta Coral Beach Resort special are definitely the people. We felt really welcomed and cared for during our stay, and that’s what we will remember the most.
Thank you so much for everything! ❤️ We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Koh Lanta. Highly recommended!

This was my second time at Rate Lanta Coral Beach Resort, and it definitely won't be my last.
The staff here is absolutely amazing, creating a wonderful, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The private beach is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and both the restaurant and the bar on-site are fantastic.
Highly recommended to everyone. I can't wait for my third visit!

I was really excited to stay at one of the beach houses. To have a private space to myself away from everything and overlooking the beach. Unfortunately what I saw in the pictures was not really the reality. Maybe because it was rainy/low season but the whole place was quite run down; cluttered, dusty and sticky. The light switches in my room for example, I don't think had been cleaned ever. They were black with dirt. Lots of bugs and wild life kept creeping into the room to the point I had cover up the gap under the door with a towel. with this in mind I didn't get a great night sleep. The beach was also filled with rubbish, though this is no fault of the resort. The staff were lovely and very obliging however and were very good to allow me to change rooms when I brought a concern to their attention.
