The place is the top floor of the hosts house. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making the space cosy and comfortable. It's quite a unique and cute place in an area that is off the beaten track.
The host was excellent! he was responsive at all times, gave us tips and even gave us a ride to the airport as we left which gave us time to chat with him which was really nice.
The location is not bad but it is a bit far from the center. That being said we liked taking the bus to the center and having a bit of a local experience.
So if you're fine with that - I would recommend staying there.
The other thing that is a bit inconvenient is the shower. There is not much hot water and the water pressure is low. If you're a woman with longer hair washing it might be difficult.
