The location suits longer stays. Princes Park, with its 3.2km walking and running track, is a few minutes' walk. Lygon Street's cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are close by. Melbourne University is about 20 minutes on foot, and the Parkville hospital precinct (Royal Melbourne, Royal Children's, Royal Women's, Peter Mac) is within easy reach, which makes the house a practical base for visiting families, academics, and medical staff. Trams on Lygon Street and Royal Parade run to the CBD in about 15 minutes.

This location is remarkable. A beautiful quiet street near by to Princes Park. It was Autumn so really beautiful for walking in the early evening.The house is ideal.
