It was built in 1880 - exterior Victorian charm with a modern interior. Onset was a seaside resort in the Victorian era for wealthy Bostonians. You will still see Victorian homes sprinkled around town today. The Zandy Castle was presented with a plaque from the Wareham Historical Society which recognizes historical homes with unique period architecture.
