Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Separate guest bathroom with sink.
Fully equipped kitchen with table, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, induction cooktop, oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1: 180 cm x 200 cm double bed with dresser and closet, balcony access.
Bedroom No. 2: 160 cm x 195 cm double bed with dresser and closet.
Additional closet in the hallway.
