Perfect for families or groups, come stay with us and experience the best of Capitol Hill living! The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 2580 sqft. This is a story + basement single family home with a few steps at entry **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV, half bath • Second Floor: 3 bedrooms with queen beds, bathroom w/tub, office/kids play room • Third Floor: 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer **Home Highlights** • Large private parking lot, very rare in this part of town! • 3 large working desks for your work-cation needs • Big windows with lots of natural light • Kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not advertised as part of the rental. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

House was nice and in a good location. Upstairs central air wasn’t working and there were in room fans/AC. That should have been explained in the listing. Also there were small black bugs on the kitchen counter around the sink.

Really comfortable stay here. House is on a main road but not a lot of traffic, short walk to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and grocery store. Mix of students and commuters with relaxed vibe. 10 min drive to Pike Place/Waterfront area. Large dining room, big modern tv, and plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds. AC downstairs and portable (and noisy) AC units in the bedrooms. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is downstairs in the basement. Nice room but kids and young teens may refuse to sleep down there ;) We were two families with 4 kids ages 5-13.

This was the perfect location and house for a family trip celebrating our daughter's graduation from UW! We had three generations, the youngest being our 5- and 7-year-olds, and all loved it! After past trips, having parking for our car was a must, and this actually had space for three cars. Unheard of in Seattle. Truth be told, the location is easy walking distance to all forms of mass transit and a QFC grocery store, so we didn't need to use our car once we got settled. We went to Pike Place Market, to the university, and out to meals and never had to contend with driving. We didn't have time to even make a dent in all the great Capitol Hill restaurants within a few blocks. The house is as it's presented - bright and airy. The bedrooms are large with great beds. It was warmer than usual, and we were concerned when we first walked in that it was going to be uncomfortably hot. But there are large cooling units in the bedrooms, which worked well. Customer service was responsive and friendly. Overall, a great home base for us!
