Ian and his partner! Incredibly helpful and friendly. For example, they helped us book a taxi and told us how much we should pay for an airport transfer. The breakfast- the fresh thick sliced bread with Calafate jam and eggs. Rooms look like the photos. Quiet but great location off the Main Street but close enough to walk to the heart of the town.

We travelled in Patagonia for several weeks and this was our favorite hotel experience (all of them were wonderful so that’s really saying something).
We got great recommendations from hosts Ian and Tatiana, and they were friendly and helpful at every turn. We had left something at the bus station and they helped us negotiate for our airport taxi to stop on the way (no extra charge).
The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable - we particularly enjoyed the ceiling fan. The view from the breakfast/common area and from our room, which was lake view, was gorgeous. We loved watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee and delicious pastries offered during breakfast.
Wish we could have stayed longer!
