This home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms plus a den that can be converted into a room, office or utilized for extra space. Fully remodeled with a modern elegant design throughout the house with top of the line appliances. The outdoor area has a brand new under ground pool, hot tub and large deck perfect for entertaining. **By booking, you automatically agree to all house rules, hot tub rules and and all violation agreements. Please read fully before booking and we look forward to hosting you here at Villa Vista!** - 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms (2,898 sq. ft. with an 8,000 sq ft lot) Beds distribution: Downstairs: - Room 1: One queen size bed - Room 2: Two Twin size beds - Bathroom 1 Upstairs: - Master: One king size bed - Room 4: One queen size bed - Room 5: Two twin size bed - Each bedroom upstairs has their own bathroom - Small den for extra space or extra bed (please ask before for setup) - Living Room Sofa U shape - Only 2 cars are allowed to park on the driveway after 10pm. Amenities: - Very well stocked & equipped kitchen for cooking. - High Speed Wi-Fi - Smart TV with access to Netflix, & other apps available to use with your own account - 2 Thermostats: One for upstairs and one for downstairs - Fresh towels, toiletries and linens - Iron - Washer & Dryer - Dishwasher - Keurig machine - Hair dryer (in Master) - Vacuum - Mop - Water filter - Toaster - Blender Featuring: - Hot Tub - Salt water pool - BBQ area - Lounge chairs - Lounge area - Outside seating area with large table - ADT system House Rules: - We kindly ask for a security deposit of $500 before we approve which will of course be returned if property is left as is, in good standing, and guests follow all house rules. - No parties or loud music. - No smoking. Smoking violation fee of $250.00. - Garbage cans MUST be left on the side of the house. There will be a fee of $250.00 if we receive a violation. - Only 2 cars are allowed on driveway. - We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. In order to provide quiet enjoyment for all guests in the property, the guest is responsible for adhering to the communities quiet hours. No loud music. Please keep quiet from 11pm-7am. - You will be charged a full day rate for unauthorized late check out. - No glitter, it can take up to 6 months to fully get out of bedding and towels. If this rule is violated, you will be charged extra or will need to replace each item that has glitter. - If police is called to the house for a noise complaint or any reason, the host has the option to cancel the booking with loss of payment, security deposit and no refund of full payment for entire duration of rental. - Please do not touch any artwork or rearrange any of the house decor or furniture. **The property owners have the right to cancel a reservation if there is a breach or any code of conduct is violated and/or any criminal activity is occurring. Even if reservation is cancelled early, you will be required to vacate with a loss of your deposit and you will be charged your full rental period non-refundable and that amount will be lost along with any damages and fees that may transpire. Hot Tub Rules: 1. The hot tub is USE AT OWN RISK! Management will not be responsible for any accidents, regardless of fault. 2. The hot tub is reserved for registered guests ONLY no visitors are allowed. 3. Maximum capacity is 6 people. 4. No children are allowed in the hot tub. 5. Absolutely NO FOOD, GLASS CONTAINERS, SMOKING, OR ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the hot tub. No impaired individuals allowed in the hot tub. 6. NO ANIMALS are allowed in the hot tub. 7. The cover must be closed when done using the hot tub. 8. No LOUD MUSIC, LOUD NOISE, HORSE PLAY, OR RUNNING. Voices should be kept at an indoor conversation level. 9. NO URINATING in the hot tub. 10. Do not change the thermostat. 11. Do not add additional water to the hot tub. 12. Physical damage to hot tub from breaking rules will result in repair charges to the booked guests. 13. By booking, all guests agree to the above mentioned hot tub rules.

The house was badly laid out, finishes were slapped together and many essential elements were not functional (outlets not working, TV in primary not hooked up, fuses blowing when appliances were utilized and so forth). Outdoor area was filthy and pool was unheated and clogged with leaves on arrival. We were unable to use outdoors as there was no clean seat/lounge to use. Step down from kitchen to patio was dangerous. All dineware was plastic including glasses/wine glasses. (We had to purchase glassware and serving pieces). Deck outside primary had no furniture. 2nd floor guest bath was unvented. Water pressure for primary shower was so weak as to be almost unusable. We would never stay there again.
