The kitchen could use a cuttung board, pans to cook with were very old and scratch teflon. The rest was very good I would still recommend the unit. Air was cold.

Easy check in process. Smaller kitchen with new appliances and anything we needed to cook a meal. Super convenient location and quick access to fishing dock. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and sea turtles in the channel.

We have stayed at BayTree in the past, but this experience was different. As soon as we stepped into our condo, we were met with a musty / mildew-y smell. Upon looking at the air vents and the door frames, we could visibly see mold growing. The upstairs bathroom would not get too much air circulation, causing the area to be hot and humid. There was a piece of cardboard under the fridge to make sure the fridge wouldn't wobble. The washing machine would not fill with water. Either someone turned the water lines off or the lines are clogged. There was no explanation on where the sheets would be for the pull out couches. There was a thin white sheet wrapped in plastic wrap in the closets upstairs but nothing noting it was meant for the couch. Had to go ask the property manager where the sheets were and she said those were it. All in all , somewhat of a disappointment with the room. Because of this, we spent as little time in the room as possible other than to sleep. The only positive is the scenic view from the balconies and the private fishing pier.
