Sicuramente la posizione, ottima e centralissima, molto comoda per visitare Modica a piedi. La struttura è pulita, l’host si è dimostrato disponibile e presente per qualsiasi necessità.
Piacevole la terrazza comune ed una piccola sala condivisa con microonde, macchinetta del caffè e qualche prodotto per una colazione veloce.
Il parcheggio si trova a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze; con un po’ di fortuna è possibile trovare posto gratuitamente sulle strisce bianche poco più distanti.
La nostra camera era davvero molto piccola e piuttosto essenziale nei comfort, in ogni caso nulla di negativo.

Het was een nette kamer met een mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel en er waren genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. In het naastgelegen retaurantje kon je prima ontbijten.
De matrassen waren vrij hard.

Great location, great bathroom, good wifi, really quiet due to good soundproofing, very comfortable and clean. Sonia spent a lot of time with us and wanted us to feel at home. We booked the quadruple room which was very spacious with a balcony and direct access to the terrace. We used the washing machine. Thank you Sonia for the memorable stay.
