No lift. You need to carry your luggage if your room is in 1st or 3rd floor

Excellent breakfast , lovely fresh fruit , coffee and a cooked hot breakfast was offered.
The rooms are simply & pleasantly decorated clean, airy and light . Hairdryers are provided , as is a small fridge We were on the ground floor and it was comfortable and quiet with good secure parking and a pleasant welcome at reception.
Good showers and quick hot water.
Perhaps a little more thorough cleaning of the dressing table & surfaces in the bedroom , its a nice light oak look but shows marks and dirt quickly .

The rooms comfy and fairly clean
Breakfast…staff could not cope ( one chef trying to cope with omelettes/eggs… toaster not working… no marmalade offered , when requested told there wasn’t any….
Baked sweet pastries very stale,not fresh-dry… not nice at all
