Poor

Location and view.

We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dusty, as if it had been cleaned a long time ago and left vacant before our check-in. The floors were so dirty that our indoor socks became filthy within a short time. We raised the issue with management, and while they did provide us with clean bed sheets, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was still unacceptable. Another major disappointment was the television. For a property of this standard in 2026, we expected a modern Smart TV. Instead, there was only a small 32-inch non-smart TV, which made our stay much less enjoyable, especially for the children, as there were very limited entertainment options. Finally, the handling of our damage deposit refund was very frustrating. The rental agreement clearly states that the refund will be processed in approximately 14 working days after checkout. However, after waiting 15 working days without receiving the refund, I had to contact the management myself. Instead of processing the refund as agreed, I was told I would need to wait another 7 days. This is inconsistent with the terms of the contract and reflects poor communication and customer service. Overall, our experience did not meet the standard we expected, and I hope these issues are addressed so that future guests do not encounter the same problems.

The complimentary tea,coffee,milk and sugar we all expired!!! Nov 2025! The staff that packed it there should have checked it up.

The location was beautiful and views were amazing. Just no cooling was dissappointing

The views from the property were stunning. close proximity to everything required in that vicinity

The room could have had a fan or an aircon. The iron was old and un-usable Parking was a problem as another vehicle was parked in my allocated parking bay for the duration of my stay. No on-site manager visible on the property. the office remained locked.
