Superb apartment in an excellent location for visiting Ceresole Reale, the Orco valley and Colle del Nivolet. Walter is an excellent host - we had WhatsApp messages to ensure that we would be able to arrive at the apartment and meet for a tour of the facilities, local information about restaurants, and showing us the maps for planning our cycle ride up Colle del Nivolet and a walk around the lake at Ceresole Reale. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed to allow us to spend an enjoyable few days in this spectacular location. There is a very nice restaurant just across the road, which we ate at on both nights as it is so convenient! Very good internet wifi is provided, and a video streaming service to use on the television when we were there. We will return to further explore some of Walter's suggestions for walks and lake visits that we didn't get time for this visit! Parking is free in the public row of spaces just opposite the apartment building.
The bed mattress might be considered quite firm for some people, although comfortable. The apartment building is well located right next to the SS460 Orco valley road - this can mean that there is traffic noise until late in the evening, which was fine for us, and ear plugs are thoughtfully provided if this is an issue for others.

Il gestore Sig. Walter é stato disponibile fin dall'inizio del soggiorno e in modo proattivo ha fornito indicazioni per eventuali escursioni, camminate e opportunità locali per quello specifico weekend. Appartamento molto ampio, ben arredato, pulito e funzionale.

Bellissima soluzione a Locana, alloggio nuovo, molto carino, funzionale, pratico, comodo per visitare la Valle Orco e il Parco del Gran Paradiso. Parcheggio comodo, spaziosa, con cucina completa di tutto, tv grande con app, wifi ottima. HOST Walter cortese, disponibile gentilissimo nel fornirci informazioni sui cosa fare , su dove andare e dove cenare/pranzare nelle vicinanze. Sicuramente una soluzione da consigliare se in zona.
Nulla in particolare- Inserire solo qualche tenda in più nell'ingresso. Non consigliabile a persone con mobilità ridotta perché c’è una rampa di scale in pietra per l’accesso all'alloggio
