Enjoyable Stay with minor impovements needed.

We had a pleasant stay at this homestay. The place was clean, comfortable, and suitable for families. The overall environment was nice, and we enjoyed our time here. The host was also helpful and accommodating.

One thing that could be improved is the swimming pool. The chlorine smell was quite strong, and the water felt like it had a lot of chlorine. Hopefully, the pool’s chlorine level can be checked and adjusted to make it more comfortable for guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again. Thank you for the hospitality! 😊

Overpriced and worn property with misleading pictures showing a pristine looking stay.

The property was quite easy to find, and the check in process was easy seeing as it was self-service. Its location was also near to a nearby mall and eateries.

The photos were quite misleading, and the property was generally quite worn. The rooms were musty smelling, toilets had mold, and many surfaces/ doors were damaged. The water pressure in some of the rooms were also quite weak despite us turning on the water pump as instructed. The beds were also quite hard and one of the bunk beds was quite wobbly so we skipped that. The final kicker was on our last day, as we were packing at around 10am in anticipation for checking out at 11am, the property owner requested for us to let in some "staff members" to access a storage cupboard. Instead, what happened was a full company of people starting to move in party supplies like tables and chairs, blocking the walkways and driveways with their equipment. We had to leave in a hurry and some workers stayed inside refusing to leave until we had to forcefully try to convey to them that we needed to close the gate for checkout to protect ourselves. Bear in mind that the property collected a deposit of 800RM so I would assume any damage caused by this company would be on us since we hadn't checked out and had the property inspected yet. It caused quite some stress on us, especially the elder members of our family and we had to change our plans to accomodate the sudden departure.

Bungalow stay cater for big family

The exteriror and bbq is good! love the waterfall settings as well. Our family of 18 able to have their own private room. Total 6 rooms. Gathering was fun at the premise.

the maintenance are slack. jacuzzi not heated. limited power plugs. bed is hard. bedsheets old
