Very close to centre of Athens, Acropolis 10 min walk. Room clean and no noise. Reception staff friendly.
Room small but we only stayed 2 nights so not a problem and breakfast very basic.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, we had a very late check-in and they stayed up late to welcome us.
The room was nice, the WIFI worked well and the continental breakfast was pretty good, with a very nice view from the roof.
Also, the location was great, 15-30 minutes from every main attraction.
A bit nosy, given that we were near one of the main roads which had traffic 24h.

Wonderful stay ! I would recommend anyone goung to Athens to book at urban stays. The hotel is centrally located and few minutes away from acropolis, and plaka and monastiraki
We had two rooms; one of them with a balcony it was so big and spacious.
Rooms are clean, breakfast is ok nothing special .
Big thanks for the ladies at the reception they were always helpful !

The staff was kind , the woman at the breakfast very kind.
Good location and the espresso machine was good.
The teapot is old and dirty, we asked to changed and they bring also another one which has scale .
The electricity and it was the main problem . Last two days the electricity turned off , our food which we order for the next day for our trip was spoiled at the fridge .
The iron not professional.
The breakfast should be better
