Clean comfortable apartment in an excellent location.
Had a problem getting into the apartment as the front door lock was not working. However, the property managers arranged for a contractor to come and fix it. The whole process took about an hour. A bit frustrating at the time but, in hindsight, it was resolved quickly and competently.

The apartment is in a brilliant location, right in the centre of the harbour area, and surrounded by a number of good restaurants and bars.
The apartment was immaculately clean, and had all the facilities you would need.

Very close to the main area. And short walk from the train station.
The toilet exhaust fan was not working! Can smell the sewer from toilet, especially the area is very small. Aircon was too far away from the main bed area so it was hot during the night. Floor was very wet when we arrived as it was just cleaned, would have been better if it cleaner wipe it as i almost slipped down. The property was tidy but it does not smell clean.
