No cooking extractor and old electric stove top, but not the end of the world -- excellent air fryer

Spacious unit.

The property was clean and comfortable and well furnished. Comfortable beds in good sized bedrooms. Easy access to walking trails along the foreshore with good coffee vans nearby. Overall a comfortable and well located option for a short stay in Darwin.

No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Low hanging branches on back steps needed trimming.
