The apartment is extremely clean! That was very important for us. Since we arrived in the middle of the night host prepared keys so we can check-in easily. Episkopi beach is just over the street. We had two big balconies, nice kitchen and a big comfy bed. For our three-night stay this was perfect place to start our vacation from. Rethimno is only 20 minutes away. The property is fully new and has enough parking space. Fully recommending!!
Since everything is new and doors are made of glass, you may hear sounds of people passing your apartment. This is not really causing any problems.

Mi è piaciuta molto la comodità della struttura, soprattutto perché il mare è bello e pulito, con una spiaggia di sabbia, ed è anche vicino a Rethymno.

The host was super friendly and welcoming, and they even let us check in early, which we really appreciated! The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities provided were very helpful. The air conditioning in particular was excellent—it was very quiet and made the room really comfortable.
The front door was a bit hard to close shut.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern gebucht. Leider waren die Zimmer sehr klein und eng, sodass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Zudem hatten sie keine Fenster. Auch die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie ein Schneidemesser und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad hat keine Ablage Möglichkeiten oder Regale.
