Great location, close to the RER station. Very convenient for visiting Paris. Calm and safe area. Very spacious: living room + 2 bed rooms, good for a family or a group of 4. It was really good there was a washing machine and a drier in the apartment.
Getting inside with the code and the door handle was not easy. Good assistance of the hosts. Still it can make you uncomfortable. The finishing of the place is rather old and requires some renovation. Located in the basement we had some discomfort with the window shutters.

O apartamento nos atendeu satisfariamente nossa estadia por um periodo 8dias, eramos 6 pessoas, conta com todos utensílios de cozinha,colchões confortáveis, aquecimento, boa limpeza, chuveiro separado do vaso facilita bastante considerando o numero de pessoas na casa, o check in e check out funcionou perfeitamente, local calmo, supermercado quase ao lado e a estacao trem fica mais ou menos 10minutos de caminhada em local movimentado e a principio seguro.
Sentimos falta de uma duche higiênica junto ao vaso e de uma pia para higienizar as mãos após usar o sanitário, falta de suporte junto ao box banheiro para colocar sabonete, substituição imediata dos travesseiros pois são altos demais, duros e desconfortáveis. O aquecimento fica muito intenso e nao tem como regular , no entanto deixando as janelas interna entreabertas o clima internamente ficou excelente,o predio é simples em local residencial. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar com certeza.
