Great location. Easy walk into the city or to the bus stop, restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of room. Big kitchen with washing machine. Friendly host with good communication. Great parking space right behind the room. Plug in fans. Lots of tourist brochures. Board games, books and puzzles for rainy days.
Single beds are narrow and lack edge support which makes them easy to roll off.

The property was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was great to have a parking space and to be able to walk into York. The location was quiet and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
The shower had low water pressure but this wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.
