Location excellent, food, drinks, and the sea right on the door step, hosts very attentive, very clean and instructions very clear how to enter the building.
I wouldn't say it was a negative for us (as we used the light on our phones) but we arrived at 1am in the morning and there was no outside light leading up the stairs when trying to carry 2 large suitcases

The terrace was amazing and the proximity to everything best. The beach is literally across the street, and is a very small street. Not noisy at night we loved to stay and relax on the terrace.
The door give us some problems when we arrived but managed in the end.
