Property was tiny but had everything needed and the hot tub and terrace plus air con excellent. Nothing provided, no shower gel shampoo, nothing in kitchen. Reading reviews it's important to know they have two properties, the one with the pool is close to Sarlat, the one we stayed in and the other one you definitely need a car, 100%. This needs to explained more. It's a 25 minutes walk down the steepest hill and a 45 minutes walk back. We are quite fit in our mid 40's but we only did it once as it nearly killed us and that was at night, in the sun would be impossible. There is nothing nearby, no shop or bar etc. Sarlat is lovey but don't stay here without a car. Also there are no taxis in Sarlat, certainly no uber/bolt. We left early. Our fault maybe for not getting a car,

Hot tub was great, just the right temperature on 30degree days. Very private patio area.
Initial confusion over which property we rented, as site has 3 units at two locations. Once sorted out stay was great.

Heerlijke frisse studio met mooi terras en privezwembad in de tuin. Sarlat is een bijzonder leuk plaatsje waar je zo naartoe loopt (wel een klim). De eigenaren zijn zéér behulpzaam.
Er was alleen een eenpersoons kookplaat. Dat was een beetje behelpen.

Having the hot tub was great.
Good sized bathroom. Tight stairs up to bedroom but A/C was great.
Good location for sightseeing around the Dordogne as easy to get around.
Hosts very welcoming and very responsive to any communications.
Was not located where advertised in the listing.
Steep 20 minute walk into town and certainly leg warming back up the hill!
Take insect repellent as midges were out and about in September!
