Very disappointing experience. After travelling over 6 hours by car from Alicante to Seville, we were exhausted and expecting a smooth check-in. The property’s check-in instructions were supposed to be sent at 3:00 pm, but we did not receive them until 4:30 pm on the day of arrival. As a result, we were left waiting for over 90 minutes at a nearby bar with no access to the property we had already paid for.
Despite calling the property owner more than 10 times, we were unable to gain access or get any meaningful assistance. Eventually, we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation in Seville at additional cost.
I requested a refund, but the property owner insists they did nothing wrong, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. This is a clear breach of expectations and basic hospitality standards. I have contacted Booking.com customer service to escalate this issue and hope it will be resolved fairly in favour of paying customers. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Nada que ver con las fotos y servicios anunciados.
Lo único que nos gustó, es que tenía camas para dormir y un aseo para asearse
La puerta de entrada no se abría con la llave, tuvimos que arreglar la cerradura para poder entrar, la llave se encajaba. El cabezal de la cama de matrimonio mientras duermes te cae en la cabeza, La ducha tuvimos que usarla sin la alcachofa porque se salía toda el agua por la manguera, la cocina tenía cucarachas dando vueltas y si dejabas algo encima de la vitro te caía grasa de la campana extractora. La habitación de las literas está montada al revés así es que el niño que duerme arriba puede caerse ya que la barrera está en la pared, solo había una silla para sentarse a comer en una pequeña mesa en la pared y la casa la cogimos para 4 personas y para finalizar tuvimos que poner una lavadora y no funcionaba , la verdad que las luces se encienden pero no funcionaba así es que me tocó lavarlo en el lavabo del baño que era en el único sitio que tenía tapón para poder enjuagar sin que se perdiera el agua.
Espero que no se pase por alto estas críticas , ya que mi estancia fue de 4 días y la verdad que no hemos estado nada agusto, como he dicho antes solo bien porque hay camas donde dormir y un baño para asearse aunque sea en malas condiciones.
