Apartment was not cleaned upon arrival despite confirmed check-in time. We had to clean it ourselves

Don't rent this place! We had a very disappointing experience. We confirmed a check-in time of 11:00, but when we arrived the access code didn’t work. After contacting the property manager, we got in, only to find the apartment had not been cleaned at all. We were told it would be ready by 15:00, but when we returned at 16:00 it was still not prepared. In the end, we had to clean the apartment ourselves, arrange our own sheets, sleeping bags, and even basic necessities like toilet paper. We placed the used, dirty linens in a corner where they remained for the duration of our stay. The property manager has refused any form of refund or compensation, which is very disappointing given the situation. I would not recommend this place unless the management significantly improves their standards and communication.

Cockroaches and No WATER

The area is nice but you need a car to move around further from this location.

I didn’t have water the first day and it came on at 6am the second day but only lasted for 30 minutes.. I also killed so many cockroaches there, they were EVERYWHERE! Couldn’t wash my hands after killing them because… yup, no water… had to find another place to stay as I was disgusted with the condition of this apartment.

Etat lamentable du logement,prise de courant , porte d' accès.en très mauvaise etat..pompe à eau très bruyante, et pas d' eau..nous n' avons pas dormir. pas de liseuse près du lit, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Piscine fermée...ect..

Logement très agréable, propre et bien situé. La présence d’une citerne est un vrai plus en cas de coupures d’eau. Le cadre est parfait pour se détendre et la piscine est très agréable.

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le couchage : il s’agit de deux lits une place rapprochés qui ont tendance à se séparer pendant la nuit.
