Preis-Leistung ist Top, Die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. Parkplatz vor der Tür
etwas Hellhörig, oberhalb von uns war eine Baustelle (nehme ich an)

Modernes Apartment. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Check-in und Check-out funktioniert vollständig alleine ohne Personal.
Vermieterin per Booking oder WhatsApp erreichbar.
Mit Hund möglich. Ruhige Lage und kurzer Weg ins Zentrum( 15-20min zu Fuß).
Hund hat uns 12€ pro Nacht als 'Pet-cleaning-fee' gekostet. Ich finde hier einen pauschalen Preis angebrachter, da zwischendurch ja auch nicht sauber gemacht wird, sondern nur einmal am Ende.
An 2 Abenden hatten wir kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen - wird leider Zufall gewesen sein, ich vermute, dass mehrere Wohnungen im Haus am selben Boiler angeschlossen sind und wir schlechtes Timing hatten.

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente y tiene la gran ventaja de contar con estacionamiento cómodo y accesible. La anfitriona fue muy amable durante nuestra estadía. Además, el departamento contaba con una buena televisión y aire acondicionado en la zona de estar.
Considero que el departamento se beneficiaría mucho de un mantenimiento general, ya que difiere un poco de lo que se observa en las fotos. Notamos detalles de humedad en las paredes y sectores con la pintura descascarada, así como sillas rotas en la cocina. En el baño, la ducha no contaba con un soporte colgado a una altura estándar.
Por otro lado, la ropa de cama para el sofá y las toallas eran bastante viejas. Es una pena porque el lugar cuenta con mucho potencial, pero son estos pequeños detalles los que hacen que la experiencia sea un poco decepcionante en comparación con otros alojamientos.
