Nice apartment for a vacation

Liked the apartment, it is comfortable and well planned. It has air conditioner that is very useful when it was +43. Also there is boiler in the bathroom. There are many shops and markets really close in the neighborhood. To reach the beach it takes 20 min of walking to Plazh i Vjeter and 40 min to the Lungomare

For 3 adults and a toddler we had only one big bath towel, 3 small and 3 super small ones. The kitchen has many useful facilities but we lacked some which were important in case of cooking there for the baby (like blander, scoop, grater etc). The neighborhood is too noisy if you stay with the kid

Good location, some good details, awful scandal host

The property has a great kitchen furniture, perfect refridgerator, a very good TV-set, nice two balconies, very good location (all shops are close, but it's really far from the seas, walking to the nearest sea beach was about 20 minutes, walking just to the sea was about 12 minutes, I used steps meter to monitor). Nice sofa in living room, enough space in the kitchen to do any cooking activity.

The first issue is the sink drain. The sink drain in the bathroom has a flexible pipe, and it becomes covered with sediments over time (because of wrinkles). The host said it was our fault because of this sink drain (I'll attach pictures of our conversation). Explanation: such a system should have a bowl where sediments are collected (see picture attached). The maintenance in this case is just to screw the bowl off, clean it, and screw it on. Here in Albania I never see proper hydraulic systems, they know about it, and they don't make scandals about it (we rented apartments in Tirana for 3 months, in Durres for one month). They just disassemble the system, clean the pipes, and assemble it again (to screw a bowl off is much easier and costs nothing). So the debris in the sink pipe could be collected for a longer period of time. Any soap is fat, so when you wash your hands with cold water, a clog may form (to avoid it, it's necessary to clean pipes at least using reagents dissolving fats). This is the issue with sink. We experienced a clogged sink during our stay. It was just a "perfect match": our visit and issue with the sink drain. The clog was forming during a long time before our visit, and we experience this problem during our whole stay in our apartment. The host tried to make it our fault, and wanted to charge fee (I'll attach screenshots of conversation). 2. Very dangerous bathroom. No cabin, no curtain, nothing. Every time I had to wipe the pool of water in the bathroom....I was scared to use the washing machine while the floor was wet. Hope you understand, what can happen in case "water+electricity"? Washing machine is old, wiring is also old...so any moment could form sparkling....and +water....At least, a short circuit will form...and for sure it will be very harmful to guests (health). I don't even mention, that wet floor slips, and one could fall any moment. I'll attach pictures of the conversation.
