The Estate is so peaceful and quiet, we had no issues with our stay in the Estate at all. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with from the time we booked, and even after we departed from the Estate. The house was amazing and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were perfect for the 5 of us, and the open lounge and patio area made it easy for us to be comfortable and relax. The pool was perfect, especially with the hot climate conditions, was nice to jump in a cool pool to cool down. Would definitely book this again if we had to go to Pecanwood. Thanks, Antonette, for the hospitality.
Not that it's a problem, but there are rules that you need to adhere to, but this is expected from a residential estate like Pecanwood. Respect the owner of the house and the rules, as she has neighbors, that reside in the Estate.

The place was beautiful and clean.
It was an uncomfortable stay as we kept on thinking of all the number of rules that were provided and being scared to enjoy the place just incase we would break some of the rules unknowingly.
I wish the owners could disclose all the rules upfront so that one can still make a choice if this is the property I want to stay in. Disclosing after the payment has been made I think its unfair, give people all information upfront so that they can make a choice if this is still the property they want to stay at.
I understand all the reasons why these rules are there, I just wish that they be disclosed upfront.
