This dreamy hotel is a cut above the rest in Oman.Situated in a stunningly peaceful location beside a date palm oasis with spellbinding views of the crumbling Al Hambra town,you feel like you are staying in a movie set.The hotel has an amazing rooftop with jaw-dropping views over the old town,palm trees and mountains in the distance.A large Arabic-style home—cooked breakfast is laid out there in the morning served on cute cutlery.You also get dinner included in the price which is delicious,authentic and plentiful.The hotel interiors are also another level,with colourful and stylish decor that captures the tropical laidback charm of Oman.Then come the rooms.Think enchanting Arabesque decor,art-house prints on the walls,soft linens,rustic wooden window shutters,mood lighting lamps and free teas in every flavour (the honey one is a highlight),plus coffee thrown in.An exceptional world-class stay.

Situé au milieu du vieux village , à la frontière de la palmeraie, l emplacement est totalement improbable et atypique.
Les chambres sont très confortables et parfaitement équipées .
Les repas sont parmi les meilleurs que nous avons dégustés lors de notre voyage, les salades délicieusement croquantes et les salades de fruits d une fraîcheur appréciable . L eau filtrée est bien plus écologique que les bouteilles en plastique qui polluent le pays .
Emina a été de très bons conseils pour nous aider à établir nos visites . Nous avons adoré partager sa compagnie. Elle s occupe avec bienveillance des animaux errants qu elle stérilise et fait adopter ou qu elle nourrit . N hésitez pas à lui apporter une petite aide , c est tellement nécessaire !

Mooie accommodatie midden in het goeddeels verlaten lemen dorp en op minuut loopafstand van het must-see museum Beit al Safah. Zeer ruime kamer met lekker matras, fraai ingericht. Fijne douche. Heel mooi dakterras. Gemeenschappelijke koelkast voor de gasten en je kunt zelf koffie maken. Duitse eigenaresse kan uit eigen ervaring veel vertellen over de Omaanse cultuur en natuurlijk over de omgeving. Heerlijk diner en voortreffelijk ontbijt met veel variatie en kleine verassingen. Het was een gezellige avond waarbij ook andere gasten aanschuiven. Op 10 minuten rijden van Misfat al Arbeieen, dat absoluut de moeite waard is. Ook wandeling door de dadelplantages is leuk. Zeer rustige omgeving.
Het is een combinatie van traditionele bouw en inrichting met een moderne touch. Voor wie échte authentieke Omaanse beleving wil: er zijn inmiddels een aantal heritage hotels vlakbij geopend. Je komt hier voor de rust en om bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te bezoeken. In het stadje zelf is weinig te beleven.

Casa rinnovata con attenzione alla tradizione delle case omanite. Curata nei minimi dettagli. Host accogliente, premurosa, ospitale e molto disponibile. Cena e colazione strepitose. Prodotti locali e tipici della zona. Assolutamente da prenotare nel vostro tour ontheroad dell’Oman.
