Une belle surprise !

Petit coin de paradis ! Excellent accueil, excellent petit déjeuner (qui change tous les jours). Les chambres sont top. L’emplacement est top, un peu à l’extérieur de la ville, ce qui assure un calme parfait mais à 15 min à pied du centre de Montepulciano. La vue est superbe. Accessible en voiture.

I had to cancel my stay as soon as I saw it , never book it

Absolutely terrible, rooms were dirty, walls dirty, flaking, I had to cancel my stay and lost deposit money. Stay away from this place, it's claustrophobic, needs urgently renovating, is utterly grim and unattractive

Exceptional

We stayed in the accommodation for three nights. the environment was beautiful, the estate typical of Tuscany. The room was clean, big enough with a comfortable bed. The hosts were always smiling, they prepared a delicious breakfast. We also bought their homemade wine, which was great. The pool and surroundings were clean, the water was refreshing, and sunbeds were available.

Everything was OK. I have no comments.

Perfect staying!

We loved staying at Podere Fontecastello: it met our expectations and more. The location was fantastic: we could easily reach Montepulciano by foot, and drove to Pienza in just 20 minutes. We quickly got used to walking up to the town either to eat there (there are so many restaurants and osterie) or to procure some excellent focaccia that we ate at the Podere with a view on the Tuscan hills. Above all, we loved spending time reading by the pool: the atmosphere was relaxing and informal. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean; the staff was welcoming and responsive (the two little dogs, Wilma and Thor, were an added bonus!). We would definitely go back!

Such a peaceful stay!

We loved our stay here. The whole accommodation and our room was beautiful - 15 mins walk from Montepulciano town. We didn't have a car so had to organise a taxi from the train station to the accommodation which was roughly 20 mins drive and 30 euro. The family was so lovely and welcoming! The pool was great to use when it was hot and sunny. Absolute bliss - feels like you're secluded but close enough to walk to bars and restaurants!

Accomodation with typical Toscana view, comfy and clean room

Great place to stay in Toscana surrounded by olives and typical scenario from Toscana. The owners were very nice. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast included.

The heating was not working, but it wasn't a problem for us, because the air conditioning worked.

One of the best farm house stays I have experienced!

The host Letizia and her family are amazing! She invited us to experience the olive harvests, and her family really included me in their harvest. What a special experience! and everything else are well taken care of during our stay. loved it!

We rented I guess the smallest rooming in this place, so our bath room is small, but it functions well. And everything else about this place really made up for it. I would happily stay here again!

Would love to visit again. Thank you for making us feel at home!

We had our own kitchen, so we didn’t receive the beautiful breakfast that was served to the other guests. The next visit I will rent a room without a kitchen. The family who run the farm stay are very kind and work extremely hard to keep up their lovely home to share with many travelers. We also meet very friendly travelers who enjoyed sharing their travel experiences in Italy.

That the night before we left we received a message from Booking.com that our next 12 day stay in Rome was canceled with no reason given. Boom….out on the streets. We are 4 seniors between the ages of 71-83.

We loved everything about this property - a really wonderful location. beautiful, peaceful and only a 10-20 minute walk into town. the apartment rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing weeks stay. the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was amazing and the cold pool was exactly what we needed. thank you

relaxing stay in the heart of Montepulciano

gorgeous property with beautiful views. has a relaxing countryside feel but yet walking distance to the main walled city of Montepulciano. room was lovely and had a little kitchenette with everything we could need. Great pool with lots of sun loungers and parasols if shade was needed. Loved our stay here and our hosts were really welcoming.

Lovely place on a walking distance from Montepulciano. Very quiet, no noise, lovely big clean pool with lovely chairs to relax on. With a beautiful view! Lovely breakfast. Big room, good shower, airco... Free parking

The property was tranquil, away from the bustle of Montepulciano, but close enough to walk to town for dinner. The rooms have everything needed to eat in if you prefer, they're well sized and clean. The pictures online don't do them justice. The staff greeted us warmly and introduced us to the room, told us how to walk to town and gave us advice on restaurants. The price is also outstanding, you cannot beat this value. If we ever find ourself back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. We just wish we had longer, and that our visit was over the summer in order to enjoy the pool.

The heating wasn't included in the price and we paid 45 eur for 3 nights and this is too much. We would had appreciated if we had known before

Nice agriturismo near town!

Loved the agriturismo. Nice sized room with a kitchenette. Breakfast was fantastic with a nice variety of items. Ample parking. Convenient to leave car and walk uphill to town - can't do that with other agriturismos further out. Letizia was very helpful and friendly. Quiet peaceful stay. Would stay there again.

No issues except Google Maps directed us to take the long way to the agriturismo from the main road into town. Glad we arrived before dark - there are no lights on the gravel road.

An amazing location among vineyards and olive trees with views towards Montepulciano

The property has a lovely location among vineyards and olive trees groves with amazing view towards Montepulciano hill top town. The hosts are very friends and the breakfast was delicious. Such a lovely stay.

Antonella was very kind, the region is Breathtaking , the room was as amazing and the breakfast with fresh ingredients from the place made my stay! Very short and beautiful walk in the dark if you are on foot and get back in the night time.
