Thích không gian phòng có ban công và cửa sổ to vào tiện nghi của phòng đầy đủ , có 2 chai nước suối miễn phí mỗi ngày
1- Nhân viên gửi lại tiền thừa quá lâu , check in 13h mà 14h xuống nhận tiền thừa thì nhân viên hẹn lại chiều
2- Nhân viên không kéo vali phụ khách từ chỗ lễ tân đến cửa thang máy mặc dù có đi chung với khách , đi 1 đoạn đến cửa thang máy nhân viên mới bắt đầu kéo vali phụ khách
3- Check in sớm hơn 1 tiếng thì khách sạn yêu cầu trả thêm 100 Bath Thái , nhưng khi check out sớm hơn mấy tiếng nhân viên không trả lại 100 Bath
