Only a short walk from the theatre and the lovely city centre. Quick responses to our messages and questions. A good price. Most of the facilities were great - we didn't use the hot tub as we weren't there long, but it was tempting. Nice to have a bath, and lovely shower :-)
A few small things: no handle on the middle floor bedroom door; bathroom door doesn't close; would have liked an extra blanket, and some tea / coffee / milk sachets in the kitchen; the stairs for that top floor bedroom are an accident waiting to happen...

Was very close to the town , theatres and river . Literally a 5/10 minute walk . Loads of choices to eat .
Very dated .
Minimal cooking utensils , very limited plates knifes forks ect . No cheese grater , pizza cutter things like that .
Beds were very uncomfortable as was the sofa .
Very dated .
