Great house for what we needed (3 interstate friends traveling for an event).

Exceptionally clean
Generous provisions of shower supplies, towels, tea, coffee & kitchen needs. Plenty of crockery!!!
Location was lovely and quiet, it was just a little too far for our needs, but we knew that prior.

Everything needed was easily available to use loved that were able use a washing machine and go home with no dirty laundry. Also very quite location
The main bedroom mattress was extremely hard if it was the same as the one in the room across from the main bathroom would have been alot nicer. Also access to extra blankets would have been nice as we were out of state guess and not used to the colder weather even wearing warmer clothes still felt cold.

Given the location and proximity to our family in Melbourne, it was great to have somewhere close to stay. The property was perfect for our group, providing rooms for everyone and a comfortable sitting area. It was very quiet for a high density area. Close to shops.
Check-in was later than advertised/ outlined with Booking.com, which was a problem because we had a 1-year-old baby who needed to rest. The cleaner was still in the property 1 hour after we were meant to have access. This was after requesting a potential early check-in due to the baby situation. Some of the bedding was tired and needed a refresh. There was some oil stains in the garage, that ended up on my wife's new sneakers (that didnt come off), which was cause for crisis and contributed to her unhappiness with the property.
