Great location - walking distance to everything
Spacious apartment with a balcony
Being a ground floor apartment you hear every single slam of the entrance door to other apartments. Earplugs a must if you are a light sleeper.
The shower does not drain away so have to be strategic in not flooding the bathroom(this has been mentioned in other reviews)
Needs some basic maintenance but comfortable enough for the stay.
Also, room was not ready until 5:45pm so be prepared to be “in the holding bay” if you arrive at designated time

Not applicable.... the apartment has all the necessary utensils and equipment to self cater. A few more cleaning products would have been useful. I was on my own and only stayed for a few nights but would have happily cleaned up after myself.
The supermarket is very convenient so not a big problem!
I prebooked a taxi from the airport so was very fortunate that the driver was happy to go via the rental office to collect the keys. Having never been in Lagos before I would have found it problematic if I had had to locate the office myself before going to the apartment.

Location is good location, and apartment is spacious. Clean but the apartment is dated.
Management of the apartment was fair to poor. No reply from management despite multiple messages via Booking.com or whatsapp about missing shower gel, kitchen soap, shampoo and tea towels. It made the staying experience below par.
