Correct mais le ménage doit absolument être revu

L’emplacement était bien

Le logement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée, comme si le ménage avait été fait à la va vite. Le lit principal était fait correctement mais le lit dans la chambre avait des draps tachés et le lit du dessous (lit superposé) le matelas avait été retiré et posé contre le mur. Le canapé lit était très sale aussi. Il manquait des portes à certaines armoires de la cuisine.

Bien situé mais l'appartement n'était pas propre comme indiqué.

Nous avons reçu un pass de stationnement gratuit pour le parking souterrain. Tous nos problèmes ont été rapidement résolus.( douche )

Comme convenu, nous vous informons de l’état de l’appartement lors de notre arrivée : La porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre était complètement bloquée.(nous a été donné juste avant notre arrivée (ils nous ont ensuite donné le choix d'annuler le voyage ou simplement d'accepter... nous étions presque arrivés, nous avons donc dû accepter) Nous avons constaté plusieurs taches (sur la table, les murs, le linge de lit, les oreillers, ainsi que sur la climatisation). La douche était bouchée (un plombier est heureusement intervenu le lendemain). Nous avons l’impression que le logement n’avait pas été correctement nettoyé. Le linge de lit n’était pas propre. Nous avons pris des photos pour documenter ces constats.
