Really easy check-in and check-out process. The flat was clean, warm, and comfortable, and the description was exactly as advertised. Everything matched the listing in reality, which made for a very straightforward and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!
Only recommendation would be to have 2 sets of key and an auto lock on the front door leading onto the street.

Nicely renovated flat, close to the center of Bowness with the lake, as well as many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Amazingly, the apartment also has a Japanese style washlet toilet.
One more key would be nice

Modern Bathroom - modern appliances
Shower tray sealant contained a significant amount of black mould as did at least one of the shower tiles
Table surface in lounge covered in some sort of sticky substance - substance unknown
Two lamps in lounge - neither working
Two clocks in lounge - neither working
Stairwell up to second floor apartment - decoration unwelcoming - could easily be brightened up!
