Very comfortable room, fantastic staff, really felt the village.
Sat nav couldn't find it and room was hot at night.

Lovely position overlooking the lake, extremely helpful staff, great restaurant and convenient parking.
Regular cleaning and towel replacement.
Room would have benefited from some additional amenities such as a glass, larger bedside tables and at least one chair.

Big, clean bedroom.
Toilet was large but uncomfortable. No toilet seat cover and the toilet was in a strange location, no bench or shelf for toiletries. The hair dryer was old style and not powerful enough to dry anything. The kitchen had nothing to boil water. No wifi password given. We had to go back to reception to ask. It would have been useful to have had some bottles of water in the fridge.
