Please note that the garage may be locked and guests may not have access to use it for parking. Excluded on the property is the garage loft SUITE located at the back (Unit C). Please do not park in front of the Mahalo sign. You'll have access to the Tiki Bar, Fire pit, and BBQ out front. The Neighborhood: Sylvan Lake is one of the most popular recreational areas in Alberta, with over 1.5 million visitors per year. Water based recreational activities include boating, dragon boat racing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing in summer and ice fishing, skating and snowmobiling during the winter months. Lakeshore Drive is a prime location for summer fun, good food and activities! Getting Around: This vacation home is planted right across from the beach so most amenities and activities are within walking distance however a vehicle might be useful if you need to travel further into town. There is plenty of parking in the park and some in the front as well. Other Things to Note: * License Number: STAR-04125 * Please park in front of the Aloha and Tiki parking signs. Do not park in front of the Mahalo parking signs as this is for guests staying in the garage loft located in the back (Unit C). *Please note that the 2 chairs are currently broken and is being replace.
