Book all four cabins & the property is yours. Seven bedrooms, four full baths & room for several families across four renovated cabins on private land. No other guests, no shared walls, no strangers walking past your deck.

That is what makes it work for a wedding weekend, a family reunion or a group of families traveling together. The convenience of four kitchens & four baths means everyone has space, the community fire pit & picnic provides plenty of room to gather everyone together.

Welcome to the Aspen Leaf Lodges. The cabins are actually nestled between three lakes, Shadow Mountain Lake, Lake Granby, and Grand Lake. Grand Lake is a beautiful mountain town that offers a wide range of outdoor recreational activities, restaurants, shopping, and a charming, small-town atmosphere. The town is situated on the shores of Grand Lake, the largest natural body of water in Colorado. The lake is popular for boating, fishing, and other water sports. It is also known for its many hiking trails, which offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. In the winter, Grand Lake is a popular destination for skiing, snowshoeing, and other winter sports. The town is located near several ski resorts, including Granby Ranch and Winter Park Resort. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 10-15 minutes down HWY 34.

Your personal door code will be shared prior to your check in date.

If you are planning to bring a boat, RV or trailer please let us know in advance. We do have extra parking available for boats, RV's and trailers if needed. We need to make sure we have room if multiple people to park things if needed.


The kitchens are stocked with dishes, utensils and a coffee station.
The living rooms have a gas fireplace ( except cabin 4) , TV and a couch that can be used to sleep an additional guest.
You will have your own gas grill on each patio and your own washer/dryer in each cabin.
There is high speed wifi on the property and a community fire pit and picnic area.
There are dog bowls for your pet and a playpen for your little one.
Cabin 1 is a one bedroom, one bath with a king bed and twin bed in the bedroom with parking right off the patio steps.
Cabins 2, 3 & 4 are two bedroom, one bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom and a shared parking area.

Aspen Leaf Lodges: You can drive to the cabins year round via I-70 and during the summer via Trail Ridge Road from Estes Park.

Part of the benefits of being in the mountains is the wildlife in the area including elk, deer, moose, fox, chipmunks, & black bears. We do have these on our property, if you do see them please keep a distance from the animals, NEVER EVER feed the animals, and DO NOT leave food outside or in the surrounding area.

All smoking must be done in the parking area. Please make sure to fully extinguish any open flame.

We do ask that all guests pick up after their pets and treat our place like yours. There's a dumpster located at the main caretaker cabin by the main highway as you enter the property.
