This was our first time traveling and staying in Marina Del Rey, so we didn't know what to expect. This apartment is 2nd floor, 4 bedroom 2 bath with patio access and a 2 car garage. Instructions as to how to get into the unit were concise and clear.The den as a nice fireplace, couches and a dining area.The kitchen was stocked with essential pots, pans, utensils, etc.Each bedroom had fresh linens, towels and extra blankets.The bathrooms were clean. The master bathroom has a stand up shower and a nice bathtub.Each bedroom had a TV, as well as the den.The unit does not have AC, but with both end windows open, a nice breeze flowed through the unit keeping it cool. The bedrooms also are equipped with fans, which were helpful at night.The unit has wifi, which was being bratty one day, but our host was quick to respond as to how to reset the router, and it was back up and running once it was reset. We were close to everything. A 10 minute walk to the beach or to the pier. Restaurants and shops are close by, within walking distance before you get to the pier. The beach was delightful! The walk was 10 minutes.We walked all the way down to the skate park, and visited the many shops and booths there that sported touristy t-shirts and souvenirs. There are sandwich shops and coffee places along the way.We used Uber and Waymo to get to farther places like the Santa Monica Pier.I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to Marina!

I would recommend a more intense vacuuming and dusting of the place. (For example, the orchids in the bathrooms are covered in dust).

Nice, but minimal, or basic supplies. Bring beach towels & a blender/mixer if you might need one. Owner responsive.
