This former farmhouse now offers you a cozy, family-friendly vacation home spanning 90 m² over two stories in a quiet location. Our vacation home (semi-detached) is located on our approximately 1,500 m² property in Neuendorf A. Parking spaces for cars are available in front of the house. On the property, a playground with a slide, swing, and a small climbing wall keeps the children entertained. A sandbox for our youngest guests is also available.

Depending on the season, several fruit bushes invite you to snack on the fruit—or perhaps even bake a cake. Another vacation home for about 7 people, as well as 2–3 parking spaces for RVs, are already in the planning stages.

Following the incorporation into Ducherow, our street was given a new name: Neue Straße 3. If you search for it on Google, you won’t find the street, as the information likely hasn’t been updated yet. To avoid a long search and ensure you find us easily, it’s best to enter “Neuendorf A” and the former street name, “Hauptstraße 3.”

The first floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A high chair is available upon request. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed. An additional guest bed and a crib are available upon request. You can enjoy your breakfast on the 60 m² terrace with a freestanding awning. Sun loungers there also invite you to relax. After a day of exploring, return to your cozy temporary home in the evening and, depending on your mood, wind down the day by grilling on the gas grill or simply sitting together in the evening calm. And if it happens to rain—no problem. Then take a day to read or play games. Our small library and family games are there for you to enjoy. We wouldn’t recommend taking the direct route from the federal highway to Neuendorf A. This road, with its small cobblestones, is very bumpy and uneven, so you’ll have to drive at a snail’s pace. So here’s our tip: Take the detour of about 5 km via Ducherow. Your car will thank you for it. Since there are no shopping options in Neuendorf A, take advantage of the detour and pick up your first groceries for the fridge at the shopping center in Ducherow. Pets: Small dogs up to 40 cm in height are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking for an additional fee. Larger dogs and other pets require prior approval. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

We do not recommend driving directly to Neuendorf A from the main highway. This road, with its small cobblestones, is very bumpy and uneven, so you can only drive on it at a walking pace.
