The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are in two suite apartments downstairs of this home. In one suite we have 1 Queen bed in the master, and a second bedroom with two single beds in a bunk bed style frame for an apartment capacity of 4. In the suite apartment is a master bedroom with queen bed, and a bathroom to sleep 2 guests. Both suite apartments are complete with kitchens, living room, and dining room. The front suite with capacity of 2 has a full porch with outdoor dining and grill and the back suite with capacity of 4 has an outdoor patio with patio furniture and grill. Parties with up to 4 guests, reside in the back suite, and parties with up to 6 guests must sleep in both suite apartments, and will need to pay extra for two additional guests. Both suite units have a private entrance, as does the upstairs apartment. The upstairs is rented separately with capacity up to 6 guests as well.
