Other amenities: → Sofa bed + air mattress → Coffee maker + grinder → Dedicated workspace → Central AC & heating → Onsite washer + dryer → Board games Nearby activities: 2 min → Oak Hollow Festival Park 5 min → Oak Hollow Tennis Courts 7 min → Jamestown / High Point lake 8 min → Jamestown Golf Course Family friendly space with pack 'n play, crib, high chair, games, books, kids plates and utensils. Located near the High Point Furniture Market, High Point University, golf courses, lakes/marinas, and only 15 minutes from the Greensboro airport. Pets upon request.* We provide food & water bowls, leash, and waste bags for your pets. Entire home is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival. We're less than ten minutes away from tons of things to do: -14 Tennis Courts (5 min) -2 Lakes (7 & 8 min) -3 Golf courses (8 & 10 min) -2 Minor league baseball stadiums (10 & 25 min) -1 Zoo & aquarium (20 min) High Point University is 5 minutes away. Furniture Market is 9 minutes away. We're also 10 minutes away from High Point's world class children's museum - "75,000 square feet of wonder, discover, delight with full carousel ride!" The house is 5-10 minutes from quaint Jamestown, 10-15 minutes from Greensboro, 25 minutes to Winston Salem (Wake Forest University), and 40 minutes to Elon University and Burlington/Graham. The home is only 15 minutes away from Greensboro International Airport (GSO). Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. -Each unauthorized and/or unregistered overnight guests will result in a discretionary charge of $50 per night. -Each unauthorized pet on the property will result in a discretionary charge of $100 per night. -We have a pet fee of $29 per pet. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from owner and pay additional $29 per pet fee. -When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $25. -Unapproved early check-ins and/or late check-outs will result in a discretionary charge of $49 per hour. -An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages. -The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair. -Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.
